Producing music since 2000
I have been recording and self-producing music since 2015, under the moniker '7HL'. My work explores a variety of genres and styles of electronic music.

EP released in April 2017. Each song was collaged together using 'plunderphonics' techniques: manipulating small pieces of existing music (from Stereolab, Frank Zappa and others) to create entire new songs.
EP released in January 2017. Various ambient vignettes produced in FL Studio, creating a sci-fi atmosphere.
Additional tracks:
A hypnagogic pop instrumental released in September 2018; produced in FL Studio.
An experimental glitch track released in December 2017; produced live in VCV Rack, an open-source modular synthesis software.
I am currently at work on a third release which will feature live instrumentation and experiments in pop song structure.
